Cancelation / Refund Policy:

Cancelations received in writing more than 14 days before the training will be refunded in full. Information on canceling your registration can be found in the registration confirmation email. Cancelations received less than 14 days before the training are not eligible for a refund.

The summit will start with a welcome event on Friday evening, followed by sessions all day on Saturday. A total of 0.6 CEUs are available.

We are excited to offer discounted rates for Deaf Interpreters and Students! In addition, PARID Members always receive reduced rates. Make sure to carefully select the appropriate category when registering!

Refund requests must be received in writing to summit@parid.org by 9/8/26. Refunds are issued in the amount of the registration fee less $10 via physical check or PayPal. After 9/8/26, no refunds will be issued.

We strive to host inclusive, accessible events. To request an accommodation or discuss accessibility needs, please contact the Summit Committee at summit@parid.org. All requests for reasonable accommodations must be received in writing to summit@parid.org no later than 9/8/26. Any requests received after 9/8/26 cannot be guaranteed.

CEU Policy
To earn CEUs two things are required:

Attend a minimum of 85% of the session
Submit an evaluation form for the session. Access to evaluation forms will be electronically shared at the conclusion of each session.
