Paper Registration Form 

To Register as a PARID member - click on the "Register" button in the lower left and enter your email address to login.  Use the same email you used to join PARID.

To Register as a Non-PARID member - click on the "Register" button in the lower left and enter your email address. Then proceed to the registration page.  If you join PARID to get the member rate, please allow time for our secretary to process your registration prior to trying to register.
